Warranty Policy

General Terms

Coastal Lighting and More does not issue refunds for product installed, therefore providing a warranty on products installed and a year timeframe for all workmanship.* Account credits will be issued as a result of an error in billing or services rendered. Products installed on site are unable to be refunded once they have been placed in position. We honor providing the ability to adjust and move any fixtures installed to any requested position within a reasonable feedback period, therefore we can maintain and delivery a high quality product and service to each and every client.

 

Exchanges

Coastal Lighting and More reserves the right to exchange products of similar and/or equal value, which may or may not be modified and/or adjusted after.

 

Notice of Damage
The client must notify Coastal Lighting and More within 24 hours of any damage by calling (850-712-0623) or emailing (hello@coastaloutdoorlights.net) during the business hours of M-F / 8-4. Please Note: Damage which occurred from another person and/or company not associated with Coastal Lighting and More will not be covered under our warranty.

 

Damage caused by animals, persons, intentionally or unintentionally are not covered under our warranty terms.

 

Modification of Products/Service
If any products installed by Coastal Lighting and More is altered, modified, removed, adjusted, or replaced, any and all warranties are void and null. Any and all fixtures and products altered or modified with or without valid reason releases any and all liability from Coastal Lighting and More for having to replace and/or refund without charge. As we stand behind all of our workmanship from 1 year of installation, we do not cover products and/or installation process if any other persons or company have connection or reason to adjust or modify the work which was done.

 

Warranty Claims
Any warranty claims, questions, or concerns must be communicated with our office about the product in question. We also require one or more pictures to be emailed to hello@coastaloutdoorlights.net to properly address the issue with our crew. Once this has taken place, we will carefully access the damage and evaluate whether it falls within the scope of our warranty.

 

The warranty constitute the entire agreement between you and us and govern your use of the service, superseding any prior agreements between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the terms of service)

 

Coastal Lighting and More does not cover any products / fixtures which have been installed and modified by any other persons or company for any reason. This voids any and all warranties for any future service covered under our 1 year workmanship warranty.

 

Products not covered under warranty including the following, but not limited to:

– LED Bulbs

– Low Voltage Wire

– Connectors / Adapters

 

*All products may individually inherit a different warranty timeframe depending on the particular product.
