Installation time can vary based on property size, but most installations are completed within one day without compromising quality or craftsmanship.
We offer a range of fixtures and finishes to select from, ensuring our lights can accentuate the distinct features of your building.
All of our outdoor lighting fixtures feature state-of-the-art LED technology, offering a standard lifespan of 50,000 hours. With an average daily usage of 6 hours, the system is projected to last approximately 23 years!
The short answer is: It depends on the size and scope of the project, and our projects start at $3,500.
Most professionals suggest that homeowners allocate between 1% and 3% of their home's value towards lighting. Some of our clientele invest more, and some invest less. While each project varies, this guideline serves as a reasonable beginning ballpark.
Depending on the lamps and fixtures used, materials usually have a 3-5 year warranty. In addition to that, we offer a 1-year warranty on our installation workmanship. More details can be found on our Warranty Policy Page.
As with any electrical system, landscape lighting necessitates upkeep to maintain its efficiency. The natural growth of trees and bushes, as well as occasional disruptions from pets, children, or lawn care can impact fixtures. Early each year, we offer our clients a comprehensive maintenance check. This involves inspecting each fixture, cleaning lenses, adjusting angles, conducting repairs, and ensuring its nighttime aesthetic remains captivating.
Let us know, and we will be right out to diagnose and fix the issue!
It depends on the size, scope, and complexity of the project, but most residential landscape lighting systems can be installed in one day.
Decades.
Most of the products we work with are rated to last for 50,000+ hours of usage. Based on an average usage of 6 hours per day, that's over 20 years. Lifespan can be increased with annual maintenance plans, as well.
No. We use something called an Astronomical Timer, which accounts for dawn/dusk times, Daylight Savings Time, and even leap years! Our goal is to make your landscape lighting system as hands-free as possible.
The short answer is: maybe, but probably not.
The landscape lighting systems we work with can be installed using any outdoor GFCI-protected outlet. If your project needs an additional outlet, we will work with a licensed and insured electrician to take care of this for you.
There are several exceptional landscape lighting specialists in our area, and we actually highly recommend almost all of them! As long as you work with a specialist, you'll be well-served.
That said, installing a system isn't difficult. Design is difficult. We can't tell you how many times a homeowner has told us they already have landscape lighting, only for us to see show them they have about 1/3 of the lights they really need to make things look amazing.
Currently we are not able to offer financing, but we are actively working with a provider to add this to our services very soon!
The quantity of lights needed varies depending on the specific task. If you're working on a large outdoor space with a detailed lighting concept, you'll need more lights.
Conversely, smaller areas can manage with fewer fixtures. As an example, it generally takes around 10-15 lights to effectively light up the front of a small or medium-sized house. To accurately determine the number of lights necessary for your project, you must first establish your lighting objectives.
What exactly do you wish to illuminate, and what is your goal?
Not much. LED landscape lighting systems are astoundingly efficient. Depending on the size of the system and the amount of lights used, most of our projects only add around $4-$20 per month to the electric bill.
Many homeowners contact us regarding older systems that are no longer functioning properly. We provide a complimentary inspection of your system to determine whether repairs are sufficient or if a complete system upgrade is recommended. Making the switch from halogen to LED lighting can result in significant savings on energy costs in the long run.
It's impossible to describe how good a home or outdoor space looks when it's lit well. This is where a visual demonstration comes in.
That said, here are the reasons we love doing what we do:
No, for several reasons. We understand it's tempting to go with a solar set from your local box store, but it's not even an apples-to-apples comparison. It's more like comparing a bicycle to a car.
We LOVE the solar industry's goals of efficiency and regenerative energy. It's just not quite there yet, so currently the best solution is low-voltage, energy-efficient LED systems.
You can bet we're keeping a close eye on solar, though!
