What type of warranty do you offer?
Gemstone Lights provides a 5-year product warranty, and Coastal Lighting provides a 2-year labor warranty. Our lights boast a 50,000-hour rating. If any Gemstone Lights registered product or component experiences failures or defects within the warranty duration, it will be covered under the 5-year product warranty and repaired or replaced accordingly. Any necessary parts or service work beyond the labor warranty period will be subject to the fees associated with the specific warranty program of Coastal Lights and More.
How long does the Gemstone Lights system last?

What happens if a light goes out?
We replace it.

Yes, the Gemstone Lights manufacturing facility has access to over 150 of the most common soffit and fascia colors to find the exact color match for your home or business.
Can the Gemstone Lights system be installed on rain gutters?
In most cases, the Gemstone Lights Track System is situated around rain gutters. We secure the custom aluminum track onto the soffit and fascia, typically positioned below the gutters. If there's no soffit or fascia beneath the gutters, Gemstone Lights can fashion custom tracks to fit onto your rain gutters without compromising functionality.
Can I install the front and back of my home at different times?
Of course! The system is modular so we can add sections as needed. We also offer financing if you'd rather knock out the whole project at once!
Do I need to install a separate outlet?
The short answer is: maybe, but probably not.
The Gemstone Lights system can be installed using any outdoor outlet. If your project needs an additional outlet, we will work with a licensed and insured electrician to take care of this for you.
Do you offer financing?
Currently we're not able to offer financing, but we're actively working with a provider to be able to offer this service very soon!
